Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following reasons:

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photographic proof of the defect along with your order details by contacting our customer support at DesignGirlsWorld@gmail.com.
Shoes (size exchanges): We accept size exchanges for shoes, subject to availability. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you need a different size. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

How to initiate an exchange:

1. Contact our customer support at DesignGirlsWorld@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the exchange (defective item or size change).
2. Provide necessary images and proof of defects or sizing concerns.
3. We will confirm the availability of your requested exchange and provide further instructions, including return shipping information (if applicable).

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products not in their original condition, worn, or damaged through misuse
Custom-made or personalized products
Final sale items

Shipping Costs

For defective items, Design Girls World will cover the return shipping costs. For shoe size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds unless the item cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability. In such cases, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
